I’ve just completed the Align and Define course and it definitely lived up to my expectations. This year I wanted to work on my flexibility and core strength, as I’ve never been flexible and was always to worried to try yoga or Pilates due to not being flexible.
The A&D has proven me and my flexibility wrong! You can train to become more flexible and really enjoy it at the same time. The last 4 weeks have given me the confidence to work on my flexibility and shown me that you can improve
Lindsey is a brilliant instructor and I’ve enjoyed every session, it was even a great remedy for my lower back pain.
I can highly recommend the course to anyone no matter what level of fitness or flexibility.
