What is Pump fx?

Function and intensity collide in a total-body blitz like no other. Floor shaking tracks set the scene as Pump fx turns tried & tested resistance-based exercises into the ultimate physical challenge.

How does Pump fx work?

Utilising barbells & weight plates, Pump fx provides a progressive, complete-body workout to the latest & greatest in chart & club anthems.

Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses & rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement.

With an emphasis on intensity & technique, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.

What can Pump fx do for me?

Each release should be treated as a body transformation challenge & the fitness test allows you to monitor improvements throughout the challenge period.

Either in conjunction with other fitness fx programmes or on its own, Pump fx is one of the most effective & enjoyable ways to lose fat fast & improve your fitness level.

But don’t take my word for it, perform Pump fx at regular intervals, record the results of your fitness test in weeks 1, 6, 11 & 16 and prove it to yourself.
