One to one sessions are a great way to train towards your goal. It suits the person who feels intimidated stepping into a gym, who needs more guidance in their training or who simply needs the personal motivation of a trainer to step out of the door. My one to one sessions are tailor made to the individual and I have helped many clients achieve their different goals from losing post baby bulge, going from ‘couch to half marathon’ in 6 months and losing those extra inches to fit into their dream wedding dress. My sessions are adapted to the individuals level of fitness and their goals and take place outdoors in parks, open spaces or at the clients home/garden. If you prefer working out with a friend(s) or partner, or want a cheaper alternative to one to one PT then Buddy Fit Training is for you. You will receive training sessions that will push you and that you will enjoy, and by training with somebody else you have someone to compete with/encourage you. This can make a big difference in your training. You will get the same things provided in my one to one packages – analysis or correction of poor technique; encouragement & motivation; varied/progressive training sessions; and help & guidance on anything training & nutrition.
