Get fit together! Love training in groups and want to be outside in the fresh air?

Throughout 2021 I will be running various small group training sessions starting in January with ‘HIIT & RUN’, a brand new 45 min session consisting of both shorts runs and high intensity interval training, such as squats, lunges, jumping jacks etc. These sessions are perfect for all abilities with no one left behind. This is a fun, effective and challenging way to improve your fitness whilst benefiting from training outdoors.

The sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of the group and you get to train in a social environment which is a fun way to workout.
