Stretch & Tone
A 45 minute class designed to loosen and stretch your muscles and re-energise your body and mind with relaxation to finish. Regardless of whether you are starting your fitness journey, carrying an injury or have terrific fitness this is the perfect way to finish the week and prepare for a new one. A perfect class for beginners who haven’t done yoga.
