Relax Reboot Recharge
Relax, Reboot and Recharge is an 8 week programme taking you from where you are now and having a much more mindful and realistic approach when it comes to being “HEALTHY”

Our Monday session will be a relax and unwind session, getting you to switch off, breathe and stretch your body for that hour. (We all forget how important this is)

Alongside this programme we will work with you on a daily basis working deeper on your mindset and each week we will work on different aspects.

Then we are ready to go and weeks 4-8 we will really start to focus on results, but with a much healthier mindset.

There will of course be a focus on healthy meals,recipes and workout videos but we are really going to work with you on the real basics and foundations so you are ready to cope with changes to food and exercise.

For this programme we will only be taking 8 people. We want to give you all our time and focus and really coach and mentor you and get you off that hamster wheel.

The pre sale cost of this programme is £79 - that’s less than £10 a week!! Less than £10 to really get you to break that cycle and get you back to being YOU again, and feeling confident!

Our pre sale ends on Friday 27th October and our programme then will be £99.

Regardless of whether you are starting your fitness journey, carrying an injury or have terrific fitness this is the perfect way to finish the week and prepare for a new one.
